David Hartigan (CPPD, MAIPM), Managing Director and co-founder of Tektum, is a builder and project manager with more than 20 years industry experience. He has worked with such notable organisations as Bovis Australia / Bovis Lend Lease. He held the position of National Director of Project Management with Colliers International Workplace Integration (a business he founded, then subsequently sold to Colliers). Most recently, David was an Equity Partner at Davis Langdon, which at the time was the world’s largest Quantity Surveying and Project Management practice, where he was Director of Project Management. After the sale of Davis Langdon to AECOM (one of the world’s largest engineering consultancies), David held the post of Technical Director – Project Management. He holds qualifications in Project Management; Property Finance & Investment; Building Science; and Risk & Value Management. He holds a residential builders licence in NSW; is a Certified Practicing Project Director with the Australian Institute of Project Management, and is a Member of the Risk Management Institute of Australia; the Association for Manufacturing Excellence; and the Lean Construction Institute.
Mark Heath (B.Bus CPA CPPD), Chairman, has founded and grown several companies and is currently founderand CEO of global project management software company UniPhi. UniPhi was spun out of mbh, a consulting and training company Mark foundered in 1999.
Before focusing on the commercialisation of UniPhi’s software, Mark performed many commissions as a consultant to ASX 200 companies and major government departments at state and federal level. These included the construction of economic models, financial viability assessment of investments and the training of over 400 people across the SA Government in how to create a business case.

Mark Lockwood, Non-executive director, brings to Tektum extensive sales experience in both the manufacturing and construction industries.
As group manager of sales and marketing for a large, Melbourne-based multi-national manufacturing group, Mark lead business growth, initially in the Victorian market, then nationally. He then moved to Singapore to develop and implement the group’s strategic objectives, growing the business for the entire Asian Pacific Region.
Upon returning to Australia in 1996, Mark used his extensive business experience to successfully support small to medium companies in the construction industry to focus on developing and implementing structured business plans. By implementing sales and marketing driven business strategies, he has been able to significantly grow both sustainable revenue levels and improve profitability for these companies for long term successful growth.
Mark joined the Tektum Board in 2015, as non-executive Director. He is currently executive general manager of Tenant Representation Services, which works exclusively for tenants in negotiating commercial and industrial leasing arrangements with landlords.
